Work Model: This is a fully onsite role, with work performed at your designated Regal Rexnord office. The Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for leading process improvements in the manufacturing cells associated with the Assembly and Machine Shop production lines. This person will maintain safe and reliable manufacturing processes to ensure maximized product yield and throughput. They will be responsible for the process flow and documentation of standard work as well as the design & validation of new tools, fixtures and machines. The Manufacturing Engineer will have full ownership for specific manufacturing process(es). In addition, they will lead and supervise lean initiatives governed by the Regal Rexnord Business System (RBS). This position is located in West Chester, PA.
