Job Summary A Sr. Design Engineer is responsible for the design, development, and continuous improvement of custom-engineered mechanical seals for demanding applications. This role focuses on creating innovative sealing solutions, refining designs for manufacturability, and supporting the full product lifecycle from concept through commercialization. The engineer is a subject matter expert and will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness of mechanical seal products in demanding environments.
