SUMMARY DESCRIPTION: Candidate will work with the production facilities to improve the operational efficiency of the BDS blow molding machinery by assisting in rebuilding and upgrading existing machines as well as upgrading and streamlining the technology where applicable. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage and direct capital projects and machine rebuild. Assist with hands on installation, replacement, or repair of electrical and mechanical machine components. Assist with identifying and overcoming machine issues using problem solving skills. Read and develop engineering drawings as well as electrical schematics to diagnose problems and develop solutions for equipment issues.
