Job Description The Project Engineer is a position responsible for supporting the planning, design, and execution of new store construction, remodels, and capital projects across assigned regions. The role develops and reviews site specific architectural, MEP, structural, and civil plans; resolves complex code, physical, and lease related issues; provides accurate schedules and budget estimates; and conducts on site oversight to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. The Project Engineer collaborates closely with construction, installations, leasing, vendors, landlords, and district leadership, manages RFP and reporting processes, supports landlord repair escalations, and delivers high quality internal customer service while applying strong technical expertise, problem solving, and time management skills.
