SUMMARY: The Projects & Engineering Manager will oversee all major projects and engineering. The majority of the current work will be building new facilities, with the occasional plant remodel or upgrade. There will be a key focus to see the overall picture so we accomplish the lowest overall lifecycle costs, not just upfront project costs. This also needs paired with a high pace in order to meet customer needs. To help with the demands, much of the downtime between projects is focused on improving designs all the way through detailed engineering so we have quick turnaround and the ability to shop our internal designs to many manufacturers. * THIS IS A REMOTE WORK OPPORTUNITY REQUIRING UP TO 50% DOMESTIC TRAVEL.
