Develop electrical and control systems for off-road vehicles and mobile equipment. Lead and manage electrical and control system development projects with responsibility for cost and timeline targets while coordinating appropriate design groups and business functions. Collaborate within a cross-functional team environment, communicating project objectives/strategies to both engineering team members and other groups within the organization. Define the electrical and control system development strategy for future products. Drive continuous improvement for electrical and control systems. Identify and implement tools to increase productivity. Technology: Strong working knowledge of MS Office, SolidWorks, Parker IQAN, and Zuken E3 Wireworks preferred.
