SUMMARY This position primarily supports operations through the following initiatives Refining and standardizing processes Leading and participating with lean and continuous improvement projects Reducing and standardizing machine setup Trouble shooting and resolving quality related issues as well as reducing scrap and rework Developing cost reduction programs through analysis of alternative materials and processes Be the responsible engineer on production released designs, ensuring smooth transition from design to production.
