Mechanical Engineers (St. Petersburg, FL) - Design mechanical components with detailed technical drawings using Bills of Materials (BOMs), Methods of Manufacture (MOMs), 3D modeling in Solidworks, CAD; Create custom fixtures and gauges to support internal manufacturing processes using root cause analysis, statistical process control (SPC), Control Charts, FAIR, and 8D methodologies; Conduct full quality inspections of mechanical components and generate technical reports for internal investigations and RMAs; Perform project management to ensure RFQ feasibility through PPAP, PFMEA and compliance with AS9100 and ISO 9001 quality standards.
