SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE The Engineering Team Lead - Cabinet (Structural Design) manages and guides the cabinet engineering team (2-4 employees). The role is responsible for the design of structures for environmental test chambers and provides leadership in engineering execution, technical direction, and personnel development. This position ensures that cabinet designs meet all required specifications for performance, quality, and manufacturability. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS - SUMMARY Performs detailed design and modeling of environmental test chambers using Autodesk Inventor, including creation of fabrication drawings and assembly layouts. Ensures designs meet industry standards and reviews engineering documents for accuracy and completeness.
