Ideally these candidates have been using the software for 3-5 years and can support some of the drafting/design independently. We would also be interested in candidates who know only Autodesk Inventor but have been working in the substation industry. We have been seeing a handful of candidates who only know Autodesk Inventor and not the SDS portion.
