TENSION PACKAGING & AUTOMATION Title: Engineering Manager Department: Packaging & Automation Location: Aurora, CO Reports to: Director of Software & Controls Engineering FLSA Status: Salary, Exempt Pay Range: $120,000 - $145,000 SUMMARY The Engineering Manager leads the mechanical and electrical designs for packaging automation machinery with strong knowledge of distribution center operations, material handling technology, and warehouse software system technology. This includes knowledge of the entire development process through engineering program and project management, conceptual design, detailed design, prototyping, manufacturing, performance analysis, technical documentation, and configuration management.
