Role Summary We are looking for an OSP Design Engineer who will be responsible for the comprehensive design, engineering, and permitting of fiber optic network infrastructure. This role involves planning the "Last Mile" and "Middle Mile" connectivity, determining the most efficient path for fiber cables (aerial, buried, or underground), and creating the detailed construction prints required for field crews to build the network. The ideal candidate bridges the gap between theoretical network planning and physical construction, ensuring designs are cost-effective, constructible, and compliant with all local, state, and industry regulations (NESC, NEC).
