The Industrial Engineer is responsible for analyzing and improving manufacturing operations with a focus on productivity, capacity, labor utilization, material flow, and cost. This position develops labor standards, performs time studies, evaluates production systems, and identifies opportunities to improve throughput and reduce waste. The Industrial Engineer works cross functionally with Engineering, Production, Quality, Supply Chain, and Safety to implement process improvements and support efficient, scalable manufacturing operations throughout the organization. Timpte is seeking a Director of Advanced Manufacturing Engineering for our David City, NE manufacturing facility. The Director of Advanced Manufacturing Engineering will be responsible for designing and developing machinery and equipment to optimize the manufacturing operations at various facilities and varying product lines to support high-volume manufacturing growth. Total Compensation is $175k-215k/year.
