This engineering position provides expertise in industrial manufacturing and process controls to support our manufacturing site to produce chemically manufactured energetic materials and the production of packaged explosives. This role is to provide expertise in controls engineering with a primary focus in the design, implementation, and support of PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems. Engineering Technician Responsibilities: Mechanical Design: Design and development of mechanical systems, components, and equipment, ensuring functionality, durability, and cost-effectiveness. AutoCAD/Inventor Expertise: Utilize Inventor/AutoCAD to create 3D models, detailed drawings, and assemblies for manufacturing. Emphasis/experience preferred on pump/ Piping systems. Plant3D: Create/edit P&ID's for chemical plants. Product Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, test, and refine mechanical systems and products from concept to production.
