Job Summary: The Product Design Engineering position is a Mechanical Engineer that works to create sold order designs. They may also be tasked with other general work tasks not specifically covered under the Product Design Engineering job description. Requirements Essential Functions of Position: • Provide technical support in the form of design calculations and adherence to project specifications, codes, and standards. • Create and revise CAD drawings, and 3D models for project approval and in-house fabrication. • Work with the project manager to maintain, document, and communicate project schedules. • Communicate daily with internal and external customers. • Create Bill of Materials • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary engineering teams and work with vendors and contractors. • Develop and maintain detailed documentation to track project development and design process. • Perform other duties as assigned.
