Facility Engineer Summary: The Facility Engineer will be responsible for the maintenance, reliability, and continuous improvement of Scentbird's manufacturing and fulfillment facilities in Bethlehem, PA. This role reports to the Associate Director of Facilities & Engineering and is responsible for assessing facility resource requirements, supporting and optimizing facility layouts and critical operational systems, and overseeing the maintenance of building infrastructure and equipment across both sites. The Facility Engineer will also coordinate facility projects, ranging from general maintenance and upgrades/retrofits to complete building construction projects - which may include production/process systems design and start-up - while working closely with Packaging Engineering, EHS&S, and Operations from concept through implementation.
