Design Engineer Humphrey Products is searching for a Design Engineer for the design and development of valves and valve systems to meet the needs of our customers in applications such as medical, instrumentation, distribution and food products. The individual must have the ability to act independently, confidently and with a sense of urgency, while handling a variety of engineering project challenges. This candidate will lead assigned new foundation product development projects and represent the Engineering Department, with external customers and internal production teams. Summary Job Description: This in-person role is responsible for the support and continuous improvement of assembly and test processes, tooling and work holding to produce fully finished precision parts for complex fluid control devices used in medical, industrial, material handling and a wide variety of other applications. We are a high mix environment utilizing a wide variety of custom assembly and test equipment built in house. This role requires a team oriented individual with a broad range of technical skills and high attention to detail. This individual will work closely with product development engineers, quality professionals, outside suppliers and operators to ensure that products are manufactured to stringent internal and customer requirements.
