Job purpose This position reports to the Director of Manufacturing Engineering. It is a salaried position. The Manufacturing Engineer designs, implements, and reviews processes and procedures for all aspects of manufacturing: Manufacturing, Assembly, Tooling, and Special Processes. Responsible for all manufacturing documentation including op sheets, ECNs, and maintaining the ERP system. Duties and responsibilities Assures product and process quality by designing testing methods; testing and validating product and process capabilities; establishing standards; confirming manufacturing processes. Designing and implementing assembly lines to meet production schedules utilizing lean and ergonomic techniques.
