Overview We are seeking an experienced DAS Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, deployment, commissioning, and optimization of Distributed Antenna Systems across a variety of complex environments. You will work closely with project managers, RF engineers, clients, and carrier partners to deliver best-in-class in-building and outdoor wireless coverage solutions. Responsibilities Design and engineer passive and active DAS solutions (including neutral-host and carrier-specific systems) for commercial, hospitality, healthcare, education, and public venue environments. Conduct site surveys and perform RF propagation analysis to develop comprehensive coverage designs. Prepare and review technical documentation including design drawings, bills of materials (BOMs), and as-built records.
