The Process & Capital Project Engineer is responsible for leading the development, design, and execution of process improvements and capital projects within the food manufacturing facility. This role focuses on optimizing production efficiency, ensuring food safety and quality, and supporting long-term operational goals. The engineer will collaborate with crossfunctional teams-including operations, maintenance, quality assurance, and safety-to implement new technologies, upgrade existing systems, and ensure project deliverables meet budget, timeline, and performance objectives. This position plays a key role in driving continuous improvement, reducing costs, and maintaining regulatory compliance through strategic engineering solutions.
