We are seeking a Process Improvement Engineer to assist our team in continuing our excellence in craftsmanship for our consumers around the globe. SPECIFIC DUTIES (including but not limited to the following): Support day-to-day production by problem solving issues and working with Department Managers and Shift Supervisors to maximize safety, quality, and efficiency Troubleshoot equipment, implement continuous improvement projects (like Lean or Six Sigma), establish/update standard operating procedures (SOPs), and analyze data to reduce costs, scrap, and cycle times Review the operations of manual, robotic, and automated equipment/systems to minimize unplanned downtime, anticipate/solve problems...
