Systems Engineer is responsible for leading project development, technical support for sales, and system optimization for assigned BoxPower microgrid opportunities. The role may include owning specific feasibility studies and developing the core technical deliverables that inform customer proposals and project direction, including system sizing, system architecture and platforms, conceptual layouts, single-line diagrams, PV production modeling, and Homer-based microgrid modeling. This position works closely with Sales, Estimating, Systems Engineering, Product Engineering, Project Engineering, and external partners to evaluate project viability, shape system concepts, and support successful proposal execution. Other work may include site visits and continuous improvement of tools, templates, and internal processes. This role reports to the Solutions and Estimation Manager. This role has no direct reports.
