Under general supervision performs technical engineering support work including designing and drafting detailed construction drawings, topographical profiles, and related maps and specifications for City projects. Work varies, requiring individual judgment within professional guidelines and standards. Employees must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation. Qualifications High School diploma or accredited GED Certification required. Associate's degree in civil engineering technology or related field with a minimum of two (2) years responsible experience in surveying, drafting, permit writing, construction inspections, or related experience preferred.
