Duties and Responsibilities Prepare daily/weekly Quality reports for the QM. Monitor & collect information, data, statistics for month end reports for the QM. Support the General Manager and the QM to enforce new quality goals (KPI's) based on product performance and customer satisfaction. In absence of the QM, attend various quality-related inter-departmental meetings.
