Summary: The Mechanical Engineer will assist the Engineering Department in all aspects of design, development, and validation of automated car wash systems. This individual identifies and employs proper specifications for materials, processes & finishes, and electromechanical components, as well as leads the preparation of production documentation. Roles & Responsibilities: • Mechanical Design: Design parts, assemblies, and sheet metal components to bring products from concept to prototype, testing, and launch using product specifications and standard DFM/DFA methodologies. • Engineering Analysis: Evaluate or generate technical specifications, reliability, and costing of various equipment including pumps, motors, levers, lights, hardware, and assorted integrated electrical components. • Prototyping: Plan and coordinate production of prototype parts and systems for validation. • Documentation: Fully document and track engineering changes, CAD files, and test reports in...
