Primary Job Function : Maintain and upgrade plant power systems, equipment controls, and Lasers. Also conduct Electrical safety training. Duties and Responsibilities : Detailed Job Duties Quote and install power to equipment, light, and auxiliary systems. Including 120v single phase, 240 v three phase, and 480 three phase with currents up to 3,000 amps. Programming and trouble resolution of PLC controls and HMI. Specifically Allen Bradley. Upgrade current PLC's, HMI, and control network. Setup and trouble resolution of Servo and DC drives. Build control panels, upgrade controls, install and test new sensors, wire machine and install networks for machine control. Design, troubleshoot, and build small pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
