About the Role We're hiring a Manufacturing Engineer (Product Support) to be the technical backbone behind our chillers once they leave the floor - the person our customers and field techs call when they need help, who owns replacement-parts sales, and who keeps the documentation and manufacturing process behind every unit sharp.
