About the Role Broyhill is looking for a hands-on, mechanically minded engineer who enjoys being on the shop floor as much as working in CAD. This is not a desk-only engineering position. We're seeking someone who can lead prototype tractor builds, solve problems in real time, and work closely with fabrication, assembly, and engineering teams to keep projects moving. The ideal candidate has a strong fabrication and mechanical background, understands how equipment is assembled, and can translate what's happening on the shop floor into accurate Autodesk Inventor models and manufacturing documentation. You'll work directly with management to prioritize projects, coordinate with our Inventor drawing team, and ensure everyone has the information they need to keep production on schedule.
