Job Description A Cross-Functional role responsible for overseeing projects, creating or updating processes, and assisting in resolving facility issues through our New Jersey Operations facilities. This position will possibly support our Indiana Operations and other Stonhard facilities as the need arises. Process Engineering Analyze current production data. Have a hands-on approach to determine solutions to everyday plant issues. Work with Maintenance, Plant Engineers and other departments to execute solutions safely, efficiently, and expeditiously. Improve manufacturing performance, efficiency, and promote overall plant safety. Become a subject matter expert (SME) on key pieces of manufacturing equipment and analytical process tools. Provide technical knowledge and support for all site operations, and train employees on new manufacturing practices as needed.
