CADimensions is looking for a 3D Printing Field Service Engineer to join our Additive Manufacturing team in Syracuse, NY. In this role, you'll be the person our customers turn to when they need help keeping their 3D printing equipment running at its best. You'll provide technical support by phone and email, troubleshoot equipment remotely, and travel to customer locations when hands-on service is needed. From diagnosing a print-quality issue over the phone to repairing a printer onsite, performing preventative maintenance, or installing a new system, you'll play an important role in creating a great customer experience and minimizing equipment downtime.
