Key Responsibilities: Analyze, develop, and implement improvements in manufacturing methods, process flow, tooling, and equipment. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and collect data from the ERP system to support improvement initiatives and monitor project effectiveness. Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality, scrap, or downtime issues. Participate in APQP, PPAP, and new product launch activities; ensure manufacturability and smooth transition to production. Design and specify fixturing, tooling, and layout changes as needed to improve workflow or quality. Collaborate with maintenance, tooling, and production teams to resolve process bottlenecks or technical challenges.
