Overview Applies engineering principles to design, develop, and modify mechanical products. Essential Job Duties Provide concept designs for new products. Design and create complete drawing packages for new products on CAD. Obtain components and produce draft cost estimates for designs. Perform development testing and evaluation of designs in preparation for production and regulatory submittals. Provide engineering support for production issues covering manufacture, quality, and testing. Conceptualize, define, design, build, and test new products.
