We are seeking an Engineering Manager to manage all production engineering, design documentation, and technical process management activities. This leader will ensure the timely delivery of accurate production drawings, specifications, submittal packages, and design documentation in compliance with customer requirements and company standards. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in engineering management, technical project management, production drawing coordination, and external professional engineer management. This is a process-discipline and coordination role with strong technical credibility, commercial awareness, and accountability for schedule adherence, design quality, and customer satisfaction.
