Accountable for the design, development, qualification and production launch of new products. Participates in project teams utilizing applicable experience and education. Provides technical support of products in a production environment. Often works under the direction of a Product Engineer III. Essential Job Functions: Develops, qualifies, and improves product designs while ensuring compliance to technical, quality and commercial requirements. Coordinates and completes technical documentation relative to design & analysis / development & testing / qualification of products. Ensures compliance to engineering codes, practices, and standards.
