The Process & Reliability Engineer will focus on People, Processes, Machine Setpoints & Center-Lining. Responsible for driving process reliability improvements and waste reduction through the development and maintenance of documentation & initiatives that captures best operating practices in the plant. They will also focus on CW's equipment & building up our technical knowledge of our capabilities. The key objective of this role is reducing variation in operating methods, thereby improving the reliability and repeatability of processes.
