About the Role: The Engineering Intern will work in a manufacturing environment completing process improvement projects as assigned by their manager. They will assist individuals in a variety of areas such as production, safety, maintenance, and quality, to implement process improvement initiatives. A successful individual will be able to communicate as appropriate to both staff and management to ensure a collaborative work environment throughout process changes.
