Responsibilities: Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Support released products through troubleshooting, root-cause investigations, engineering changes, and continuous improvement projects. Work closely with manufacturing, quality, purchasing, suppliers, and production personnel to resolve technical issues. Create and maintain CAD models, engineering drawings, BOMs, specifications, and technical documentation. Support product validation, qualification, and reliability testing. Develop and improve fixtures, tooling, assembly methods, inspection methods, and manufacturing processes. Evaluate alternative materials, components, suppliers, and manufacturing methods. Support quality investigations, customer returns, and corrective action activities. Implement engineering changes through established ECO/ECN processes.
