POSITION SUMMARY: Due to increased global demand for critical power, our client's Mechanical Design Engineer play a key role in our Sales Order Engineering team helping to facilitate development of engineered to order load banks including portable, permanent and trailerized versions. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Essential Functions: Reviews and evaluates sales order requirements\specifications and other customer supplied materials to configure and\or develop load banks solutions within established cycle time goals Works with Sales and potentially the customer to resolve any requirements not clearly defined Works with Electrical Engineers and Drafting to produce customer drawings that meet specifications and industry standards Acts as the technical lead on assigned projects and is expected to be knowledgeable and accountable for the work performed on the project Works with internal groups such as Assembly, Procurement and field technicians during start up to resolve...

Job Function The role focuses on electrical harness engineering - specifically 3D and 2D harness design, routing, and integration using tools like Autodesk Inventor and Autodesk Vault.
