Our ideal candidate will be accountable and responsible for engineering processes of the Arcadia OSB mill. This position will lead the implementation of engineering processes and champion best practices to meet customer satisfaction. This position will lead mill capital and major maintenance projects, maintain engineering documentation and pool capital systems, manage mill capital. The candidate will have experience in an industrial environment, be familiar with mechanical & pneumatic conveying equipment, mechanical drives, hydraulic systems, pumps, compressors & fans. Some familiarity with industrial burners, emission control equipment, process control & automation systems and process instrumentation is also valuable.
