POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for managing and supporting capital investment and operational projects across various areas of the plant. Projects handled will vary in size and type, depending on the plant's needs. Often manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. POSITION RESPONSBILITIES: Manage major capital investment projects from project conception to completion for any area of the plant. Effectively communicate project information to all affected stakeholders, including leading meetings, providing updates, managing conflict, and finding solutions with both internal and external resources. Complete projects on time, within budget, and achieve project goals. Interface with and manage external suppliers for project work.
