JOB SUMMARY The Mechanical Designer is responsible for maintaining effective mechanical design bases for transformer layouts and for providing technical expertise to customers both within and outside of the organization. This role will review projects assigned to them comparing customer specifications to other design data, noting any inconsistencies or special requirements. The Mechanical Designer will be expected to utilize any and all operating programs to function effectively. We are looking for entry level candidates pursuing or having completed a 2-year technical program in mechatronics or mechanical design technology. Experienced candidates in our industry will also be considered.
