Avionica

Job Purpose: The Certification Engineer will lead Part 25 and Part 23 STC Programs for the installation of airborne equipment onto aircraft, primarily focused on Avionica Products. They will initiate and execute STC programs with the FAA or ODA, and coordinate with the various stakeholders involved, such as the operator. They will draft and generate certification documentation, such as Project Specific Certification Plans or System Safety Assessments. They will support certification compliance activities at the Avionica facility and the aircraft, including parts and installation conformity inspections and FAA witnessed ground functional and EMI testing.
