Process Engineer Reports To : Production Manager Location : Benton, KY FLSA Status : Exempt Direct Reports : None Purpose: The Process Engineer leads planning and execution of capital and cost improvement projects in coordination with site resources. Responsible for timely, professional completion of projects that meet objectives and come in at or under budget. The Process Engineer develops and supports laminating processes in the facility. Reduce scrap levels, increase yields, and improve productivity. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Assist with the troubleshooting, maintenance, and optimization of automation and control systems. Work with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), with a preference for Siemens platforms, to diagnose and resolve issues. Develop and update engineering documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), training guides, and technical reports.
