Description Location: Hawaii ECC is seeking candidates to fill a Project Engineer position for upcoming work in Hawaii and surrounding areas. This position will support large federal government construction projects for the Department of Defense (DoD) clients. There will also be planning, coordination, and execution of engineering and construction activities to ensure compliance with contract requirements, regulatory standards, and ECC procedures. In this position, you will: Assist in the preparation and review engineering reports, plans, submittals, and project documentation Review, interpret, and update drawings, specifications, and as-built documents Perform field inspections and monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with approved plans, specifications, safety, and quality requirements Track scope, schedule, budget, quantities, and production rates for assigned tasks Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, consultants, clients, and ECC personnel...
