Summary: The Design Engineer is responsible for taking a product concept and developing it into a finished product. The senior design engineer will lead all project-based activities from initial CAD design until production to successfully deliver projects on time, cost, and quality. Creates and verifies designs using CAE, manual methods, and functional test to minimize risk. Resulting products must meet cosmetic, functional, quality, cost, and timing expectations. Engineer- Q.A._43S1 The Quality Assurance Engineer (QAE) is responsible for assuring that Suncast procedures and processes are adhered to.
