SUMMARY: The Sr. Engineering Technician supports Engineering by developing and maintaining Bills of Materials (BOM), performing cost estimating, building prototype parts and fixtures, and programming CNC press brake, lasers and turrets. This position interprets blueprints and 3D models, optimizes manufacturing programs, and ensures quality, safety, and production efficiency. This role bridges engineering design and production execution through technical expertise, programming capability, and continuous improvement support. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Attends work during scheduled hours and maintains consistent attendance. Receives and interprets prints, 3D models, work orders, and engineering parameters.
