SUMMARY: The Sustaining Engineer supports Crenlo Engineered Cabs Watertown facility, off-highway cab products currently in production by improving safety in manufacturing of current products, support existing products for ease of manufacture, implement quality improvements and execute customer requested design revisions. You must be a result driven individual with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, attention to detail, able to influence the organization and desire to make a difference. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Develops and administers Engineering Changes associated with complex welded steel structures (Rollover Protection Structures compliant with industry requirements), sheet metal components, non-metallic components (interior and exterior), HVAC systems, mechanical components and systems, electronics/wire harnesses and other areas associated with the cab Operator's environment in the off-highway industry.
