Duties: This is an opportunity to be a participant in RCOC's Development program as a Civil Engineer I. The CE I Development Program consists of three assignments where the employee develops a broad range of experiences that enable them to establish their engineering knowledge base. Areas of work include: Construction, Design, Traffic Safety, Highway Maintenance, or Permits.
