Job Type Full-time Description Job Summary: The Mechanical Design Engineer is responsible for designing high quality but cost- effective machinery for the poultry and food processing industry. As MP Equipment broadens its product line the Mechanical Design Engineer will design equipment from concept to completion. Through field research and communication with the stakeholders, the engineer will manage the equipment until a mature product line is established. The Mechanical Design Engineer will develop prototyping and testing plans to determine the machines optimum performance and create SOPs before delivery of the end product.
