SUMMARY OF POSITION: Under general supervision, develops and upgrades manufacturing processes to improve quality, cost, delivery, and safety performance. Also responsible to define and develop NPI capital equipment, tooling, and workflow processes to support new program introduction. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Develop manufacturing process plans for NPI launches for all new programs.
